Tàlmud m jud. {{c=0}}golemi zbornik židovske postbiblijske literature u kojem su na osnovi usmene predaje zapisane upute i propisi, tumačenja i blagoslovi koji se odnose na zemljoradnju, građansko i krivično zakonodavstvo, prehranu, održavanje čistoće, obiteljski život, blagdanske obrede, bogoslužje, pa zatim rasprave, polemike, poučne priče, anegdote i legende nastale u židovskim zajednicama u Palestini do 4. st. i u Babiloniji do 6. st. (Jeruzalemski i Babilonski Talmud)
